• Oven and broiler safe up to 500°F (260°C).

• Match burner size to the base of the cookware.

• For gas stoves, keep flame from extending up the sides.

Performance Tips

• Food will continue cooking after heat is turned off.

• Remove from heat slightly before desired doneness to allow continued cooking.

Caution

• Handles and knobs become hot during use. Always use oven mitts or potholders.

• Not suitable for microwave use.

Cooking Tips

• Lightly coat the cooking surface with oil or butter to enhance performance and release.

• Avoid overheating oils — if smoking occurs, reduce heat immediately.

• Cooking sprays are not recommended (may cause residue buildup).

Utensils

• Recommended: wood, silicone, nylon, or plastic utensils.

• Avoid: metal utensils, knives, or sharp-edged tools.

• Do not cut food directly inside the cookware.

Cleaning & Care

• Allow cookware to cool before washing.

• Hand wash recommended with warm, soapy water to preserve the enamel finish.

• Rinse and dry immediately.

• Dishwasher use may reduce the lifespan of the enamel over time.

Do Not

• Use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals.

• Place in dishwasher.

For Stuck-on Food

• Use non-abrasive sponges or soft scrapers.

• For stains, simmer water with lemon juice and baking soda, then rinse thoroughly.

Before Storing

• Ensure cookware is completely dry.

• Place paper towels between pieces to prevent surface contact.

Care of Enamel Surface
